Signal details menu - Change Status in edit mode - Status disappearing

When a user changes status while in edit mode, the "Status" disappears

Pre-conditions: You should have a signal created and be in the signal details menu

Severity: Minor

Steps to reproduce:

1. Tap edit
2. Tap the drop down menu on "Status"
3. Tap "Save"
4. Tap the drop down menu on "Status"

Expected result:
You should see all three status options

Actual result:
All status options disappear
